T3 （Team Tactical Training ）是一家由各国致力于不断改进和完善马伽术的专家组成的国际机构，目前总部设立于法国。创始人Jean Paul是欧洲著名的战术专家。T3 Krav Maga的训练理念经过实战的检测并不断的改进以适应当今时代的防卫需求，技术和理念的实用性永远是我们的首要目标。

• T3 KM-China branch

T3马伽术中国分支（T3KM-China branch）是法国T3总部在中国大区设立的分支机构，负责人为王延林（Sam Wang），目前主要从事民用、安保、警用等领域的马伽术培训工作及相关领域的教学资质认证，所有提供的培训活动及课程均严格执行T3总部要求，课程认证得到T3KM官方认可

Jean-Paul 作为法国外籍兵团的CQC教官，主要为一团、二团以及其精锐部队第二伞兵团教授KRAV MAGA

Jean Paul 曾在科西嘉担任警察局长及市政警察负责人，并在多个相关领域开展过重要工作,包括法国国家警察培训中心（CNFPT）科西嘉代表团内的市政警察培训工作、犯罪预防工作，同时担任执法人员压力管控专家，他在组织、管理、制定安保及疏散预案方面拥有丰富经验，并具备在实际操作中组织和管理作战单位的实践经。Jean-Paul还是法国高等国防研究院的成员，其中T3多个课程被列为欧洲相关行业从业认证，在全球军警领域有着巨大影响力
